Is Pepperio only sold as a hosted solution, or is there a version I can download and install?

Pepperio is only sold as a hosted solution (software-as-a-service) .

Which web browsers does Pepperio work with?

The Pepperio CMS works with Internet Explorer and FIrefox, websites you create with Pepperio can be viewed in any browser.

Can I run video files from a Pepperio site?

Yes, Pepperio supports progressive download of video files in native format or using flash video format.

Can I embed Youtube, Google Maps and other web 2.0 integrations?

Yes, Pepperio will support embedding of javascript based embedded applications.

How much training is required to start using Pepperio to manage my website?

Pepperio is very intuiative, any PC literate person with basic knowledge of using office applications will find using Pepperio refreshingly easy, a few hours spent with your Pepperio Partner showing you around the system and you'll be up and running.

Does Pepperio provide site analytics?

Yes, Pepperio provides you with access to Urchin 5.0 site analytics tools to analyse the traffic to your site. You can use Google Analytics in conjunction with Pepperio.

Does Pepperio have ecommerce capabilities?

Not at present although we do expect to see this included in a future release of Pepperio.

How often is Pepperio updated with new features and functionality?

Pepperio has a rolling product development plan with new features added appropriately every 3 months. New features to the core product are added free as part of our commitment to improving the Pepperio product.

Can I integrate an external database into my Pepperio site?

Not at present although this is currently on our product road map.
